Financial services industry veteran Ken Allen and wife Jill, a pioneer of early angus cattle breeding, are selling two hobby farm building block lots at Mt Sandy Angus Stud.

The land parcels, dubbed Sunrise and Jill’s Crossing, are in the Megalong Valley near the Blue Mountains.

LJ Hooker Lithgow agent Jamie Giokaris has the listing.

The couple, who now live at Palm Beach, are keeping 280 hectares and two homesteads on the property they bought in 1971.

The 40 hectare Jill’s Crossing lot (pictured top) has $1.3 million hopes, while the adjoining Sunrise, at just under 40 hectares, is listed for $1.35 million.
