Film editor David Gross buys in the Byron Bay hinterland

Having sold his Queens Park home, film editor David Gross has purchased up north.

Gross, who worked on The Water Diviner starring Russell Crowe, has spent $3.8 million on an Ewingsdale estate in the Byron Bay hinterland.

The home spans three levels with four bedrooms and five bathrooms across its 675 square metres of living space.

The downstairs living area opens to decking which has a 17 metre pool, spa and cabana with its own bar. A tennis court sits in the 6795 square metre grounds.

Ed Silk Byron Bay agent Ed Silk secured the sale to Gross.
