Fashion designer Kit Willow has yet to sell her Vaucluse home which was listed for auction last month.

The redesigned 1930s home came with revised $5 million auction hopes through Laing & Simmons agent D’Leanne Lewis.

Earlier this year Willow and her husband, property developer Mark Podgornik, had anticipated pocketing $5.8 million.

The home now has a $4.6 million to $4.7 million guide.

The couple had bought the house in 2010 for $2.1 million followed by a two year renovation creating the three-level residence with a glass-fronted living area and a separate au pair suite.

Willow is now asking between $4.6 million and $4.7 million.
