Fashion designer Kit Willow has relisted her Vaucluse home with a less ambitious price hope than earlier this year.

The redesigned 1930s home is scheduled for November 18 auction with $5 million hopes through Laing & Simmons agent D’Leanne Lewis.

Earlier this year Willow and her husband, property developer Mark Podgornik, had anticipated pocketing $5.8 million.

They had bought the house in 2010 for $2.1 million.

There was a two year renovation creating the three-level residence with a glass-fronted living area and a separate au pair suite.
