Even bankers not immune to Sydney northern beaches weakness as Stuart Grimshaw sells Whale Beach weekender at a loss: Title Tattle

Sydney northern beach weekenders continue to show weakness. Bank of Queensland chief executive Stuart Grimshaw and Susanne Grimshaw have sold their hillside Whale Beach weekender for $2.8 million. But the Grimshaws had paid $3.1 million in 2009 for the four-bedroom 1970s Whale Beach Road house, which sold through McGrath agent Andrew Mappin.

Their Killara house, which cost $3.5 million in 2003, has been listed with $4 million-plus hopes through Scott Farquhar at McGrath Lindfield.
