Escort Madison Ashton sells second Darlinghurst apartment
Madison Ashton, the Sydney escort who was the late Dick Pratt’s mistress, has sold her second chic Darlinghurst apartment in two months.
The two-bedder that featured plush Ellie Cashman wallpaper fetched around $950,000.
Ashton, who hails from Victoria, has indicated she plans to move to the CBD.
The listing was offered via SaleByHomeOwner.com.au, an Australia-wide service for owners selling their own properties.
Ashton’s Crown Street apartment was bought in 2011 for $677,500. It had been an $800-a-week rental through Phillips Pantzer Donnelley.
She recently sold another neighbouring apartment at $1.1 million, which had Greg Natale finishes installed after her company paid $735,000 for it in 2012.
