Elwood heads Melbourne's best 20 performing unit markets

There were 20 Melbourne suburbs with at least 25 unit sales in the June quarter included in the list of the best performing, according to the REIV.

Elwood headed the list jumping to a $709,000 median.

Property Observer found four Elwood apartment offerings and sales around the median price.
