St Matthew's, a home which was originally the 1920s Anglican Church of East Kangaloon in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, has been listed for sale.

It has been offered by Sarah Wotton from Highlands Property Bowral.

Set on a 2,502 square metre block of land, St Matthew’s at 1971 Kangaloon Road, East Kangaloon was converted into a home in the 1970s and further enhanced to incorporate an additional self-contained dwelling.

The old church has been recently renovated and comes with three bedrooms upstairs, new kitchen, living area with fireplace and sunroom.

The self-contained flat features small living, laminate kitchen, original bathroom and separate single garage.

It has been scheduled to go under the hammer on March 16.
