The Fullagar Residence at Wahroonga has been listed through Marcus Lloyd-Jones of Modern House Estates.

More than $2.2 million is being sought for the four bedroom house designed by Stephen Varady in 2005.

Its use of colour prompted Dulux to award the Fullagar Residence its Grand Prix award for colour in 2006.

It was built by Michael and Mark Fullagar on a block that cost $385,000 in 2001.

The multi-level house comes with 420 square metre internal space on the 1260-square-metre block at 22 Fiona Avenue.

There is a lap pool plus Anne Vella Nyranie landscaping.
