Duck Hollow, the vast Pokolbin property set amid vineyards, has sold for $1.3 million.

The 20 hectare estate features around 2.4 hectares of established vineyards which have in recent years been sold to local winemakers.

They have Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes.

Last traded for $860,000 in 2005, the property has a five bedroom brick veneer homestead.

Cain Beckett and Dan Jurd from Jurd's Real Estate Cessnock sold Duck Hollow in just two weeks.
