Located at 20 Iredale Crescent, Dragonfels was being offered for the first time in 72 years.

With a tri-level design it embraces the district views from the upper levels.

The formal and casual dining areas opens to a wraparound verandah.

Kitchen consists of Caesar Stone that flows out to the court garden.
