The 1912 Federation home of the Fraser at Cremorne Point has been sold after being listed for sale with $3.65 million and $4 million price guidance.

Located at 20 Iredale Crescent, Dragonfels was being offered for the first time in 72 years.

With a tri-level design it embraces the district views from the upper levels.

Kitchen consists of Caesar Stone that flows out to the court garden.

The property was offered through McGrath agents Piers van Hamburg and Adrian Bridges.
