Dover Heights buy by Vittoria coffee boss Rolando Schirato

Rolando Schirato, the third generation of the Vittoria coffee bean family, has bought in Dover Heights with longtime partner, the super-food smoothie company pioneer, Luisa Hammond-Parker.

The North Bondi-based couple have spent $5,875,000 on a 2000 built home complete with two living areas with ocean views.

The north facing five bedroom house was built for Dr Steven Wang.

It was first listed in 2016 it had reported $6.6 million price tag after a major renovation.

Set on 530 sqm, it was sold by Ric Serrao and Dion Markovics at Raine & Horne Double Bay.

The house features expansive rooftop terrace

His father Les has been long describer as the coffee king, with Rolando dubbed the merchant prince looking to expand the empire. He was responsible for the widely acclaimed Al Pacino campaign.
