Real estate developer and reality TV star Donald Trump has sold his 1,022-square-metre house in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, for a reported  US$7.15 million. He had listed the property in June 2010 with price hopes of US$12 million, shortly after it was completed.

The property includes grand fireplaces, five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, fire pit, a library, games room, full wet bar, wine cellar and four-car garage. The property is located at Trump National Golf Course, which Trump owns and operates.

"It has a spectacular basement with light and air," Trump told the Los Angeles Times last year.

Linda D'Ambrosi and Sandra Callen of Keller Williams Rancho Palos Verdes were the listing agents.
