Hilary Duff, best known for her title role on the Disney show Lizzie McGuire, has listed her six-bedroom, five-bathroom house in the LA suburb of Toluca Lake for US$6.5 million.

Duff purchased the house, which is listed through Hilton & Hyland agent Drew Fenton, in 2004 for US$3.5 million in the name of her manager, Susan Curtis. The 862-square-metre house includes an industrial-sized kitchen, billiard room, gym, gift-wrapping room, wine cellar, game room and a room-sized closet that would knock Carrie Bradshaw off her Manolos.

The 23-year-old starlet has two clothing lines, two perfumes, two platinum-selling albums and one gold-selling album. Duff and her husband, Mike Comrie, have reportedly moved to the more celebrity-studded Beverly Hills and are expecting their first child.
