Departing Australia Olympic Committee media director Mike Tancred lists in Mosman

The departing Australia Olympic Committee media director Mike Tancred has listed his Mosman apartment, as he seeks his long-planned Lennox Head seachange.

There are $1.3 million hopes for the top-floor Mandolong Road offering.

With views over Middle Harbour from the entertaining terrace, the apartment has two bedrooms and a study. 

Belle Property Manly agent Sandro Petrini has scheduled an October 7 auction, with 20 buyer parties going through at yesterday’s first open house. 

Tancred, who served 18 years at the Australia Olympic Committee, was at Macquarie Links putting in a round of golf. After the AOC announced that Tancred would leave, he told me he’s off to Lennox Head. 

“I’m going to ride my bike, play some golf and swim, and then I will make up my mind on what consultancy work I will do,” he said.” 

He retains Lennox Head commercial investments plus an apartment.
