Former AFL Melbourne captain David Neitz has $1.05 million plus hopes for his Fitzroy investment property currently listed through Nelson Alexander Real Estate.

It is three levels with four bedrooms at 61 Leicester Street.

He paid $650,000 in 2001.

It goes to March 14 auction.

It was available for rent at $850 a week in early 2013.

David Neitz, who retired after 306 games in 2008, was appointed late last year as a specialist key-position coach at the Hawks.
