Darwin price rebound the nation's highest: RP Data

Darwin, then Perth lead the nation when it comes to price recovery since the market trough, according to RP Data Rismark.

Darwin's dwelling values growth has been 13.8%

Adelaide is the weakest.

The combined capital city growth since the trough is 7%.
