CuffeLinks investment newsletter publisher Chris Cuffe is selling his Bulli weekender since he's now spending most of his time at the Terrey Hills acreage bought for $4.75 million in 2015. He's also secured a Pittwater waterfront.

Cuffe paid $1.54 million for the vacant 670 sqm waterfront parcel in 2004 before commissioning the modern brick home.

Looking out over McCauley's Beach, the home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Bevans Thirroul agents Justin Sydenham and Jade O'Bryne have set an October 21 auction, suggesting a guide of around $3 million.

Cuffe has held senior roles at Colonial First State and Challenger Financial Services.

He has donated a significant amount of his management fees to charity.
