Cricket legend Brett Lee lists renovated Clontarf home

Former international Test cricketer Brett Lee and his wife Lana are movng on from their renovated northern beaches home amid plans for another makeover challenge nearby.

There are $8 million to $8.8 million expectations on the luxury three-storey Clontarf residence.

The couple bought the Monash Crescent property in 2016 for $5.175 million, so they appear likely to pocket a profit.

Following just months after that purchase, they sold their former Seaforth home for $4.91 million.

Their five bedroom clontarf home comes with a covered swimming pool and entertaining terrace with wet bar and barbecue.

The Lees’ home is set on a 1,142 sqm plot of land opposite Clontarf Beach.

The property includes a self-contained apartment, multiple living areas and kitchen, terraces with views of Middle Harbour and an entertainer’s pavilion with beer on tap in the wet bar.

It is being marketed by Clarke & Humel via an expressions of interest campaign.

Other than his current work as a commentator for Fox Sports, rcently Brett took part in the bushfire charity match in Melbourne.
