Retired fast bowler Brett Lee has spent $4.25 million on a Seaforth mansion on Middle Harbour.

The deep waterfront property previously traded at $4.285 million in 2007.

Lee recently sold for around $2.375 million in Lane Cove through McGrath agent Brent Courtney.

He had bought the Lane Cove property in 2001 for $1,215,000 with his then wife, Liz Kemp.

The LJ Hooker Seaforth selling agent David Rothschild marketed the four bedroom Seaforth home as "designed for the ultimate in luxury lifestyle."

It came with infinity pool, spa, nordic-style sauna and a 20 square metre gym. There's full marina facility with registered 20 year lease.
