CVA Property Consultants have sold a retail investment at CRAIGIEBURN Plaza.

The 310 sq m space fetched $1,450,000 when sold to a local investor.

The premises is leased to Bottle-O Steve’s Liquor on a four by four year term.

It has a rental return of $80,000.00 per annum plus GST net, representing a yield of 5.5 percent.

The shop comprises a frontage of 10 meters, walk in cooler, storeroom and rear access with loading facility next door to Woolworths.

Bakers Delight, NAB, Subway and Priceline share car parking of approximately 300 car spaces.
