Craigieburn leads Melbourne's 770 auction weekend: REIV

The REIV is expecting about 770 auctions in 291 suburbs this week.
The top auction location this week is Craigieburn (15 auctions), followed by Bundoora, Glen Waverley, Smythesdale, and Werribee with 11 auctions in each.
Offerings include is a four bedroom house at 3 Ealing Close, Craigieburn (above).
Last weekend there were just the 44 auctions given Easter.
This weekend there are around 770 auctions.
This weekend last year agents secured a 75% success rate from 539 auctions.
