Cowboy Michael Morgan sells Townsville investment

The North Queensland Cowboys five-eighth Michael Morgan has sold his Townsville investment property.

The 24-year-old NRL star purchased the four-bedroom, two-bathroom Bohle Plains home in 2011 for $146,000.

It sold in early November having been listed October 26 for $349,000 through John Bowen at First National Real Estate – Nicholson.

It’s been a rental at $390 per week.

He still owns a waterfront apartment overlooking the marina which was purchased in 2014.
