SKYVUE, a 2012 designer contemporary eco-friendly residence in Skye has been sold  through Williams estate agent, Dee-Anne Hunt. 

The 18 Vista Avenue property, situated at the top of The Parade, has four double bedrooms, two living spaces, two bathrooms and a separate powder room.

Designed by Drew Edwards Developments, SKYVUE adopts an eco-friendly architectural design with fitted recycled Jarrah timber floors. While the home has a 180-degree coastal and city view of Adelaide, the Hebel, mini-orb and glass construction, peers over 24,200 sqm of native landscape.

The property was last sold for $1.6 million in 2017 and $470,000 in 2010. 

According to Domain, four other four-bedroom houses in Skye have recently been sold, including a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house on McBeath Drive for $840,000 and a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home on Vale Street for $1.2 million.
