Coco Republic boss Paul Spon-Smith sells Mosman home for $6.4 million

Coco Republic’s Paul Spon-Smith has sold the Mosman home he listed with $6.6 million hopes.

The long-time furniture retailer executive chairman and his wife, Dale, bought the 1970s-built house in 1995 for $1.25 million.

The home that sits on a 1200sqm waterfront reserve holding on Sirius Cove fetched $6.4 million, taking six weeks to sell.

Its video marketing was fronted by LJ Hooker Avnu’s recently departed celebrity sales agent Tom Williams.

The couple intend spending more time at their recently acquired $3.65 million Palm Beach retreat.
