Clifftop property at San Remo for sale
Some 120 hectares of prime coastal real estate on the spectacular San Remo cliffs has been listed for sale.
Colliers International’s Kim McQueen and Shane McIntyre have been appointed to sell the clifftop property.
The 140 Punch Bowl Road holding, some 1.5 hours from Melbourne toward Phillip Island, is suitable for subdivision into two lots, subject to council approval.
Sitting within the designated future town boundary of the San Remo township, the northern 73 hectares of land has potential for residential development.
The southern 47 hectares has been designated for recreation and tourism under the council’s Strategic Framework Plan, with approvals for a golf course resort and associated hotel and villa accommodation in place.
“With incredible 270-degree views of the ocean and bay, this is an exclusive opportunity to build a private luxury residence atop the dramatic San Remo cliffs,” Ms McQueen said.
Its current house looks down to a private, secluded beach and is adjacent to the scenic George Bass Coastal Walk.
San Remo adjoins Phillip Island, internationally recognised as the site of the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix circuit.
