The Mid-century modern house at Church Point, the Northern Beaches region of Sydney, has been sold by Iolanda Trovatello and Simon Rawson from Wiseberry.

Perched amongst the trees, the 105 McCarrs Creek Road home was designed in the 1960's by renowned Australian architect Stan Symonds.

The four bedroom home offers an abundance of natural light with bespoke floor to ceiling glass windows, and encompasses its surroundings with a rock feature in the upstairs living area.

The 1229sqm property comes with sun-drenched living/dining room flows onto balcony with Pittwater glimpses, spacious kitchen and two undercover car spaces.

The Waterfront Cafe, restaurant and Holmeport Marina are within short walking distance.
