A waterfront house at Longueville has been purchased by the tech entrepreneur Christian Beck for $8.5 million.

Located at 5A Norfolk Road, the North Shore property blends classic modern design.

The waterfront residence features a free-flowing lounge and dining rooms that opens up to a covered outdoor living and entertainment area with built-in barbeque.

A separate informal living/media room adjoins the poolside living with covered entertainment area and fully equipped kitchen.

Master suite features a large dressing room and marble ensuite with dual shower and vanity along with four additional bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathrooms.
