Comedian and actor Chris Tucker has recently sold two Florida homes below their market value in order to pay off tax debts, according to reports.

The first, pictured above, is in the gated equestrian and golf community Bella Collina. The Rush Hour star reportedly paid $6 million for the property in 2007, according to the Real Estalker blog, but negotiated a short sale for US$2 million before the bank was to foreclose on it last month.

The property has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, a "whimsical pirate-themed home theatre", lavish interiors and a pool, spa and deluxe barbecue area. It was listed by RE/MAX Central Realty.

According to celebrity gossip website TMZ, Tucker sold another Florida home in October for US$1.05 million, although he listed the property for $1.5 million.
