Decorated former footy star Chris Judd and weather presenter wife Rebecca have relisted their Prahran townhouse with increased sale price expectations.

The warehouse conversion was undertaken in 2006 by Michelle Forsyth of Ethereal Design, who sold the home to the glamorous Melbourne couple.

Chris paid $1.66 million for the home in late 2007 after moving from Perth to sign with Carlton. It had initial hopes of $1.95 million.

The four storey townhouse overlooks the parks and rooftops from its full-floor entertaining space complete with wood fireplace, Smeg kitchen and private terrace.

There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 12.5 metre high water feature that is made up of 26,000 glass pieces.

They leased the home at $1,999 a week in 2014 following the birth of their second baby after they had failed to find a $1.7 million buyer.

The family moved into their newly created Brighton property which cost the $2.1 million in 2010.

Rebecca had Sara and Amy Chamberlain, from ‘The Real Estate Stylist’ undertook the initial marketing campaign styling which included a six minute marketing video on YouTube.

It's listed with a price guide of $1.8 million to $1.9 million for its December 4 auction.

Paul Castran at Castran Gilbert is the conjunctional agent.
