Dominique Bergel-Grant of Leapfrog Financial has raised over $2,000 for the Humpty Dumpty Foundation at the 2013 Shares vs Property event.

Held at the Kirribilli Club in Lavender Bay on Wednesday May 15, the event had 70 attendees and two prominent guest speakers.

The speakers included chief executive officer of Raine & Horne Angus Raine and share market and long-term investment commentator Michael Bailey.

Angus Raine shared his insights into the state of the residential market and the need to focus on areas often forgotten about, while Bailey explained the significants and benefits of long-term investments in comparison to cash.

Charity was the winner at the end of the night, with Bergel-Grant concluding the evening saying that both shares and property can make a valuable long term investment.
