Small grace but most of the residential projects are located around the High Street - Separation Street axis in Northcote leaving the Thornbury stretch of High Street untouched for the most It's a damn good vista, confining most projects to one pocket and then commencing again at the Preston Triangle would be a good move by Darebin

The general set to pointlessly destroy an entire streetscape of heritage facades, Not much to live in Northcote for if high street character goes for generic apartments and large tenancies...
