Celebrity angler Andrew Ettingshausen and his wife Monique have yet to sell their Port Hacking home.

Listed with $4 million plus hopes last April, it now comes with $3.8 million plus hopes.

It is for sale by private treaty through Belle Property

The five bedroom, three bathroom waterfront property with views to Maianbar and of the Royal National Park comes with a wet-edged pool.

The former Cronulla Sharks player, known as 'ET', retired after the 2000 NRL season.

The 1,130-square-metre property with a boathouse, jetty and pontoon was bought more than two decades ago for $575,000 in 1990 when it was a modest two bedroom cottage.
