CBA boss Ian Narev lists Paddington terrace
The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) chief executive Ian Narev and his wife Frances Allan have listed their inner Sydney, Paddington terrace.
The two storey terrace was bought in early 2008 for $2.26 million, soon after he relocated from New Zealand, joining CBA as group head of strategy.
The 230 square metre home on a 139 square metre block is tipped to fetch $2.9 million plus after renovations, including a new kitchen.
It has been listed for auction through McGrath.
