Car dealer Anthony Smith is selling his Templestowe property – Notre Maison – to move closer to his Mornington Peninsula dealerships.

It has been listed with a $4 million-plus price tag.

The six-bedroom, six-bathroom home is positioned on Templestowe’s Golden Mile on Serpells Road.

The French-inspired property boasts polished marble and English oak floors, ornate ceilings and glass features.

The rear yard includes a tennis court, pool house and gym.

Smith has purchased a semi-rural peninsula property closer to his Mornington and Rosebud Toyota.

“In my long career selling prestige property throughout Manningham, I have yet to see a property that comes anywhere near rivaling the lavish quality on offer in this home,” says listing agent Chris Savvides from Jellis Craig Doncaster.

The 4,049-square-metre property is listed for expression of interest through Chris Savvides of  Jellis Craig Doncaster.
