Calibre menswear fashion owner Gary Zecevic has listed his 1920s English Tudor style Toorak mansion.

The Belle-featured house is surrounded by lush formal gardens which comes with a pool and tennis court.

It is being sold by expressions of interest closing May 28.

The modernised five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence features formal reception rooms, a pool room and a home cinema.

James Redfern of Marshall White has the listing with $5 million-plus hopes.
