Ari Cadry, the fourth generation Cadry from the rug pioneering family, has listed in Bellevue Hill.

Ari, who was named managing director of the company earlier this year, has owned the Birriga Road townhouse sine 2014 when it cost $1.44 million.

Spanning two levels with over 200 sqm of living space, the property in a boutique block of five has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. 

The living and kitchen area opens to a modernised courtyard. The separate dining has its own covered terrace. 

1st City Double Bay agents Brad Caldwell-Eyles and Julian Hasemer have scheduled an April 2 auction. 

Ari Cadry is the son of Bob Cadry, who's father Jacques established Cadrys upon his arrival in Sydney in 1952.
