Buyers agent Frank Valentic seems set to return for another Block auction

Buyers agent Frank Valentic from Advantage Property Consultants is not new to the reality renovation show, the Block.

He represented bidders at last year’s The Block South Melbourne terrace auction and also secured the only under the hammer purchase in the Richmond cottage series.

Valentic says the upper level apartments certainly have interest from "mature age empty nesters who no longer need a backyard."

And middle age investors have been showing interest in apartments "due to the large depreciation benefits and the included furniture,” says Valentic.

The apartments will go under the hammer on Saturday July 27.
