Businessman Greg Hargrave lists Melbourne penthouse
Title TattleNovember 3, 2016

Businessman and art collector Greg Hargrave has listed his penthouse atop the ultra establishment block, 99 Spring Street in Melbourne.

Encompassing the entire 25th floor, the four bedroom, three bathroom apartment has a home office and an outdoor terrace that offers views over the CBD.

The renovation is not to everyone's taste.

He's owned it since paying $4.08 million in 2013.

The building was originally constructed in 1968 as one of the first purpose built residential buildings in the Melbourne CBD.

The penthouse was once owned by Robert Holmes á Court.

Since then the building has been transformed by Kerry Phelan of KPDO. The lift foyer comes with graffiti art by Anthony Lister.

Expressions of interest close December 6 with Kay & Burton agents Michael Gibson and Monique Depierre.
