Brisbane's cheapest recent offering has been a Nundah three-bedroom house listed at $89,900, but that's all you get.

The land it currently sits on is not included in the price.

The sale price of the house at 5 Imbros Street, Nundah, does include moving it and installing it onto your block of land, within 100 kilometres.

According to its listing Drake Removal Homes will deliver, and install on new foundations

It has a large central open plan lounge and dining room and polished timber floors throughout.

The property was among the most viewed on realestate.com.au than any other property in Queensland in recent times.

CoreLogic advise it has now been sold.

The land cost $755,000 in 2015 with plans for a $589,000 Clarendon Home now approved.
