The trophy Brisbane home at 10 Morgan Street, Ascot is on the market for the first time.

Built on the side of a hill in Ascot, it is a quintessential Queensland home with privacy and views over Brisbane river and the city.

The current vendors have a professional background in commercial building and property development in the hotel space.

Architect James Forbes was commissioned. 

It is listed through Ray White New Farm agent Matt Lancashire.
