Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reduced the asking price for their Malibu property, which has been on the market since February 2009, from US$18 million to US$13.75 million.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom cliff-top house overlooking the ocean includes three bedroom suites, a tennis court and a lap pool, and it is of course behind privacy-ensuring gates. The house has an external staircase down the steps to the beach.

Property records show that Pitt purchased the property through a trust in 2005 for $8.41 million. It is listed through Coldwell Banker agent Ellen Francisco.
