Retired rugby league champion Brad Fittler and his partner, Marie Liarris, have listed their Rose Bay investment semi, Salisbury Cottage.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom semi with two car spaces has reputed $1.7 million expectations for its May 17 McGrath auction.

The Channel 9 commentator bought the 1920s Salisbury Road semi (pictured as on purchase) for $1.67 million in May 2013 through Annette Pollak at Ray White Double Bay when offered to the market for the first time in more than 20 years.

Reflecting four percent yield, it was leased after becoming available with an initial weekly $1300 asking rent through Andrew Anastassiou at Home Estate Agents Bronte

It sits on a 304 square metre holding.
