The Blue Wiggle Anthony Field’s Drummoyne waterfront property was withdrawn from its scheduled auction last night.

Property Observer reported on the listing in late March when the property was tipped to sell in the high $4 millions.

Selling agent Brad Pillinger of Pillinger says they are currently negotiating offers in the high fours but are subject to conditions.

The six-bedroom, five-bathroom home is situated on a 569-square-metre parcel of land on the tip of exclusive Wrights Point.

It last sold in September 2005 for $3.6 million and in 2004 for $3.35 million

The Federation three-level residence has been renovated, overseen by architect Brad Patterson.
