Blue Wiggle Anthony Field lists Drummoyne harbourfront

The Blue Wiggle Anthony Field and his wife Miki are seeking to sell their six bedroom Drummoyne harbourfront.

Its been listed for April 9 Pillinger Real Estate auction.

The Drummoyne Avenue property is tipped to sell in the high $4 million range having traded in 2005 for $3.6 million when sold to the Queensland-based business partners Graeme Pratt and Jamie Marjoram, who own Pro Cuts hairdressing salons. The sale was handled by McGrath agent Steven Vuk-Luboya who had it listed at $3.82million.

The Federation three-level residence has been renovated, overseen by architect Brad Patterson, taking advantage of its north-facing 569 square metre block fronting a sandy beach near the tip of Wrights Point.
