Binetter family secure $6.45 million for Bondi Beach apartment block

The Binetter family have sold their Bondi Beach apartment block for $6.45 million at Cooley Auctions.

The apartment building features nine one bedroom apartments, with three units on each of its three levels.

Rents showed between $420 and $460 per week for the units.

Bondi Realty agent Molly Ruan stated in her pre-auction marketing e-mail that: "All parties involved in the property NEED IT SOLD on the day of auction."

There were eight registered parties with five participating. Auctioneer Damien Cooley announced it on the market at $6.05 million having taken an opening bid of $5 million.

There were just the two bidders after its on the market advisory.
