A Fitzroy Victorian home that was in the award-winning Channel 10 TV drama Offspring series has been sold.

It was listed for sale with $3.8 million to $4.1 million hopes by Rick Daniel and Arch Staver from Nelson Alexander. 

Set on a 450sqm block, the single level Victorian home at 191 Gore Street comprises three bedrooms plus fitted study, expansive living room with wood fire, handcrafted blackwood kitchen and dining hall.

There's a sitting room with pressed metal ceilings and original encaustic tiles.

The outside comes with Australian front garden, northerly lawned garden, a rear organic vegetable patch and paved courtyard with heated lap pool.

Other features of the home include garage.

It was also sold on-screen on Offspring by Billie and Darcy Proudman, who were real estate agents in the popular drama series. 

All seven seasons of Offspring were filmed to include the Fitzroy house

The house was built in the 1890s and then used as a Greek language school.
