BT investment manager Andy Fay has listed his Bilgola headland weekender.

Fay bought the property for $3.2 million in 2008 from novelist Thomas Keneally.

Set on 620 sqm on The Serpentine, the three level, five bedroom, four bathroom property features private level lawns and a covered alfresco dining area.

Listed through James Baker of Raine & Horne Palm Beach, the property overlooks the northern end of the beach.

Baker expects a sale in the region of $3.7 million and $4 million.

The last to sell was Guy Fowler from UBS who sold a few doors down having listed at $3.4 million plus, having sold at $3.9 million in 2004.
