Beulah International has moved swiftly to capitalise upon the exceptionally strong demand for middle ring eastern suburb luxury apartments with the launch of their latest project.

The Grounds of Kew will look to tap into the buyer market from today after the developer secured the site late in 2017. Enlisting Fender Katsalidis ArchitectsBeulah International went about reworking the existing approved scheme for the 2,411 square metre site, resulting in 20 oversized apartments.

Owner-occupiers and local downsizers are firmly in sight, reflected by The Grounds' pricing model which sees apartments beginning at $1.415 million and peaking at $4.920 million.

Beulah International Executive Director Adelene Teh notes that the project is aimed at the generation looking to retire in something that is the pinnacle of design, and has accordingly dubbed The Grounds a ‘hyper luxury’ development.

In a circulated project release, Beulah International Executive Director Adelene Teh provides the following commentary of the project and its place in the market:

Kew is one of the most prestigious addresses in Melbourne and is an untapped market when it comes to hyper-luxury, modern developments.

Few in Melbourne are currently building in these key areas for the generation looking to retire in something that is the pinnacle of design and incredibly spacious with massive kitchens and butler's pantries, wine cellars, walk-in-robes and plenty of storage; as we acknowledge that these are still key important elements to the residents.

From every touch point, there is personalisation and high quality materials used. “Residential design is FKA’s bread and butter, they have an amazing understanding of how individuals like to live and always ensure the spaces are designed efficiently and responds to the residents' needs.

For the above-mentioned price range, the corresponding apartment sizes range between 106 square metres and 300 square metres in two, three and four bedroom apartments. Garden designer Paul Bangay has accounted for the design of all associated courtyards which range in size from 200 square metres to 300 square metres.

Living spaces within the development

The Urban.com.au Project Database lists 16 active developments currently within Kew, although a modest number are currently on offer in terms of sales. The Grounds of Kew joins 64 Walpole Street and Grocon's Denmark Kew as the suburb's most notable projects which are at registrations or sales.

The Grounds of Kew is another in the string of current Beulah International projects around Melbourne.

Another luxury development on the developer's agenda is Fawkner House which will see 10 large-scale dwellings created in South Yarra. Rob Mills Architecture & Interiors has designed the new Domain precinct address which /Beulah international expects will become a landmark for the area.
