Beachbreak at Casuarina has been listed for sale with $5 million plus hopes by the former Billabong chief Derek O’Neill and his wife, Nikki.

The home and gardens are built over four blocks totalling 2,911 square metres with direct beach access on the NSW far north coast just 30 metres away.

Its marketed by Unique Estates Australia as "beachfront living at its most luxurious." The house space is about 815 square metres over two levels.

The 2005 Paul Uhlmann designed home has spacious indoor and outdoor entertaining options behind its formal entrance complete with Frangipani trees.

Having joined Billabong in 1992, O'Neill left the struggling retailer in May 2012, replaced by former Target boss Launa Inman who left after 14 months.
